DAY 1
Airport / Negombo

You will be met by your Personal Chauffeur / Guide at the Bandaranaike International Airport and will be driven to your Hotel in Negombo. Relax at the Hotel of your choice and budget.

DAY 2
Negombo / Galle

Negombo Galle via Colombo. En route visit the turtle hatchery at Kosgoda, Mask Factory in Ambalangoda and ride in a glass bottom boat to see the vivid coral reef in Hikkaduwa.

DAY 3
Galle

Breakfast and drive along Sri Lanka’s coast proceed to Galle, En route view the Stilt fishermen of Weligama and visit the Galle fortress, which was built by the Dutch.
The old part of the City within the Dutch Fort built in the 17th century has been declared a world Heritage site by UNESCO. A walk on the ramparts will give you an excellent view of the ancient harbor which was known as Tarshish in the bible. We will pass the District Court and the original entrance to the Fort en route to the Dutch Reformed Church built in the 17th century, Galle has also become famous in the recent past for the quality of boutique hotels, which have sprung up within the Fort. The New Town to the north of the Fort was badly affected by the tsunami in 2004.Galle is the home of the famous International cricket stadium, which is been re-built.

Galle / Kitulgala

Breakfast and early start to Kitulgala via the pictures Deniyaya en route visit the Gem mines at Ratnapura & at leisure proceed to Kitulgala

Kitulgala

Rafting in the rapids in Kitulgala Trekking & bird watching in the nearby forest

DAY 6
Kitulgala / Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast – Drive through the little town observing the well maintained buildings of colonial Architecture. Visit the busy market where the tea plantation workers rush in and out with their day’s provisions, Drop in at the Hakgala Botanical Gardens, Seetha Amman Kovil. Roman Catholic Church or spend the evening walking in the cool climate.
You will also get the opportunity to visit a Tea Factory + taste one of the finest teas in the world.

Nuwara Eliya / Horton Plains / Nuwara Eliya

Excursion to Horton Plains and if time permits visit the Botanical Gardens & Sita Amman Kovil in Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya / Ella

Leave for Ella en route visit the Ella Gap, Buduruwagala Temple and the Ravana waterfalls

Optional you could take the Train to Hatton Station; this is a beautiful mountainous train journey. The Chauffeur would pick you at the Hatton Railway station and will take you to Kandy by car / coach.

Embark on a tour of Colombo, driving through the former commercial area of the Fort, passing through Colombo Port, and going on to Pettah, a colorful area which is the heart of the Sri Lankan commodity, jewelry and clothing industries, traffic permitting. You will have a chance of strolling through this bustling oriental Bazaar, you then pass the main Railway and Bus Station proceeding on to the Sri Subramanya Kovil Temple. Your next destination will be the Gangaramaya Buddhist Temple; where you will then be taken to stores such as Odel Barefoot, Paradise Road, Dankotuwa Porcelain etc to shop for the latest in fashion, household decorative goods, and award winning porcelain ware. Since we do not want to impose any time pressure on you, your vehicle will drop you at the retailer you fancy, or alternatively, choose to take a stroll during this time. The vehicle will pick you up at a pre-appointed time.
